Under the creative direction of the renowned Michelin-starred chef Nicolas Isnard and the culinary mastery of chef Leandro Caballero, the proposal fuses contemporary sophistication with the culinary roots of Al-Andalus, elevating noble ingredients such as wild mushrooms, truffle, big game, and artisanal Andalusian cheeses.
