Conceived as a center of pure creativity, this space was born to research, test techniques, make mistakes without pressure, and shape the projects that will ultimately define its next steps in haute cuisine.

Dani García presents Color Me Hungry, his new private gastronomic creativity laboratory in Marbella. Conceived as a closed-door culinary R&D center, the space is born in collaboration with INKO Estudio Marbella for interior design and fully equipped with the latest technological innovations from the brand Haier.

A creative universe without the constraints of a restaurant

Color Me Hungry functions as the conceptual backstage of the Marbella chef: a work and inspiration environment free from menus or conventional diners, where product, technique, interior design and innovation coexist to explore new culinary paths.

On the occasion of its inauguration, Dani García opened the doors of this private workshop to a select group of media to show, together with Haier —a brand with which he has closely collaborated since 2025— how cutting-edge technology and connectivity become allies of precision and creativity in the kitchen.

“Color Me Hungry was born out of the need to have a personal space where I can create with absolute freedom. It is not a restaurant, it is my idea laboratory, a place to research, test, make mistakes, learn and keep evolving. For me, creativity has no limits, and having an environment where design and technology support that process is fundamental. Haier is part of that vision, helping us explore new possibilities in the kitchen”, states Dani García.

The space brings together a representative selection of Haier’s appliance ecosystem, designed to optimize everything from critical preservation to high-precision finishes:

  • Cooking and extraction: It features the ID Series 6 oven with Bionicook technology —which adjusts cooking parameters with millimetric precision—, the ID Series 4 microwave, and the I-Dual Series 6 induction cooktop, whose integrated extraction system frees up the working surface.

  • Preservation and freshness: The technical pantry integrates the ID Titanium Series 6 refrigeration set and the MultiDoor refrigerator from the Horizon collection, focused on prolonging the shelf life and texture of raw ingredients.

  • Hygiene and maintenance: It includes the integrated dishwasher I Pro Shine – Biovitae (with advanced sanitizing technology) and the independent double-drawer system XDD 66E5LS, allowing different washing cycles to run simultaneously.

  • Precision small appliances: Tools such as the I-Master Series 5 hand blender and the I-Master Series 7 kettle, with degree-by-degree thermal control (1 ºC precision), are added.

The opening of this space consolidates the relationship started in 2025 between the chef and the technology firm. Through content, recipes, and live experiences, the alliance seeks to transfer professional concepts, methodologies, and tools to those who enjoy cooking, demonstrating how intuitive technology helps master culinary processes in any environment.
