Happy Congress returns to Marbella to redesign human connection and well-being
Marbella once again establishes itself as the epicenter of wellness, longevity, and personal innovation. Next Friday, October 23, the technological and inspiring venue of The Pool Marbella will open its doors to welcome a new edition of Happy Congress, a disruptive proposal designed for those seeking to live more fully, healthily, and strategically aligned.
At a time when the pace of life demands balancing professional performance and biological health, Happy Congress presents itself not only as a day of lectures but as a transformative experience that connects people with a shared purpose: to learn, be inspired, and weave genuine alliances on the Costa del Sol.
A top-level lineup of speakers
The main agenda of the congress brings together leading figures in their respective fields, addressing the fundamental pillars of contemporary life: energy, longevity, and success mindset.
-
Laura Gámez (Frequency Medicine): A pioneer in the field of vibrational health, she will unravel the keys to personal energy, conscious vitality, and biological coherence as drivers to prevent wear and tear and boost our vital performance.
-
Dr. Guillermo Recatero (Regenerative Medicine and Longevity): An expert in integrative health and cellular longevity, he will address the crucial importance of sleep quality, rest cycles, and the latest regenerative innovations to optimize our life expectancy with vitality.
-
Rubén Turienzo (Strategy and High Performance): Renowned strategic consultant to major multinationals such as Disney and IKEA, he will present his acclaimed talk “Strategic Mindset”, where he will share tools to navigate complex environments and enhance decision-making with agility and focus.
An immersive experience: from podcast to networking cocktail
Happy Congress goes beyond the format of a traditional congress to become a festival of ideas and sensations. The main lectures will give way to multi-themed roundtables, live podcast recordings, music, surprises, and interactive dynamics.
The day will culminate on the terrace and common areas of The Pool with an exclusive lunch-cocktail and networking atmosphere, the perfect setting to exchange impressions with the speakers, interact with other attendees, and generate professional synergies in a relaxed and elegant environment.
Launch of Happy Community: connections all year round
One of the big novelties of this edition is the official launch of Happy Community, a digital platform designed to maintain the congress philosophy throughout the 365 days of the year. This exclusive community will allow members to access premium content, resources on wellness and longevity, periodic activities, and a permanent space for synergies and networking.
All tickets for the Marbella live event include one year of free access to Happy Community.
