The data provided will be kept as long as the business relationship is maintained, or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. PROCESSING OF PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER DATA

“On behalf of the company, the information provided is processed in order to send advertising related to products and services by any means (postal mail, email, or phone) and to invite you to events organized by the company. The data provided will be kept unless you request that the activity cease. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether ViviMarbella is processing your personal data; therefore, you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected”

If suppliers provide their data through another system, they will be asked to sign a dated form that includes the information stated above.
